Camaro: Love or Lust?
Stick with me, here. I swear this post isn’t a romance novel.
We’ve been driving our Camaros for almost three weeks now, and after spending a couple days out of town this past weekend and driving a rental car, I couldn’t wait to get back in the Chevy. That got me thinking about why I’ve loved driving this car so much. What makes this car any more special than my own vehicle? And, was I really having conversations with myself about making Courtesy Chevrolet an offer on the beauty I’ve been driving around?
I can honestly say I have an answer to at least that last question. The answer is a resounding yes. But, I’m a little worried, am I looking at this car through rose-colored glasses? Maybe. There are a couple things I don’t like about the Camaro (gasp!). I think the profile of the car forced the design of the driver’s and passenger side windows to be a tad small, and that the hood design makes you feel sometimes like you can’t see what’s ahead, but then I think about all of the things I LOVE about this car and the way I feel driving it and wonder, is this true love … or just a passing high school crush?
Who knows … I love it just the same.
